Refund Policy of Ctrleshift.com

Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns:
  - You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  - Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable Items:
  - Certain items are non-returnable such as gift cards, custom or personalized items, and downloadable software products.
  - Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Return Process:
  - To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@ctrleshift.com with your order details and reason for return.
  - Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your purchase.
  - Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

Refunds

1. Refund Eligibility:
  - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  - We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2. Refund Approval:
  - If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  - The credit will be applied to your account within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

1.Checking for Refunds:

  - Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  - Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
  - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  - If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at exchanges@ctrleshift.com with your order details and reason for exchange.

2. Exchange Process:
  - Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how to send back the defective or damaged item.
  - Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out a replacement item.

Shipping

1. Return Shipping Costs:
  - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  - Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Tracking Your Return:
  - Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  - If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
